Meet Our Leaders
Elder Rosalind Shaw serves as Senior Pastor of Grace House of Worship with a rich Apostolic background from the Late Bishop Heron Johnson, the Late Bishop John H. Shaw, and Bishop Michael Bender. She also is a devoted preacher, teacher, author, and servant leader whose life has been dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving God's people with compassion, humility, and integrity.
Before founding Grace House of Worship, Elder Shaw has been in ministry over 18 years, and she is an ordained elder in the
Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. She has traveled near and far, empowering and encouraging people everywhere to enthusiastically embrace God’s grace in their lives, and
to simply live fruitfully in every season of life––thereby, attaining their fullest potential.
She is the founder of Seasons Ministries, Inc., Girls and Ladies Mentoring in Birmingham, Alabama. She is also a published author, motivational speaker, and life coach. She has faithfully served at Faith Apostolic Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where she ministered in several leadership capacities. Among her many roles, she served as Women of Faith Ministry President, encouraging and equipping women to grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and live victorious lives in Christ.
Elder Shaw is blessed to share her life and ministry with her husband, Brother Kendrick Shaw. He a visionary leader in his
own right. Kendrick is a powerful teacher, intercessor, technician, and a living testament to God’s sustaining power. His presence is one of wisdom and spiritual strength, complementing Pastor Shaw’s visionary leadership. Together, they are dedicated to
advancing the Kingdom of God, transforming the body of Christ through His Word, and building a strong community of members who serve the community.
As the founder and pastor of Grace House of Worship, Elder Shaw's vision is to cultivate a welcoming, Spirit-led church where people from every background can encounter God's presence, grow in His Word, and be empowered to fulfill His purpose for their lives. She believes that through authentic worship, fervent prayer, and genuine fellowship, lives are transformed and communities are impacted for the Kingdom of God.
